You’re saying you don’t already want to see this movie? You’re wrong. It’s not exactly a Golden Globe 3rd-tier nominee, but I enjoyed it highly. I also happened to be watching with possibly three people in Stone Cold’s top-100 fans (one maybe in the top ten). And Vinnie Jones is perfect in his role as, big surprise, British bad ass. At the end (not really ruining it, and I doubt you’ll be watching it anyway), there are a few scenes where we, as an audience, are questioned: is it in fact, us, who are condemned? Comedy at its best. The Texas Rattlesnake delivers B-movie one-liners as good as any actor I’ve seen. Considering this is his first film, there’s likely an Oscar statue waiting for him in the foreseeable future.
